Digitisein days, not quarters
Website, internal tools, custom software and automation for Vietnamese businesses. One team from the first conversation to the running system.
Five things we build. Nothing we cannot hand over.
Most businesses do not need one giant system. They need the right small thing first, then the next. We start from the process that wastes the most time and say plainly what is worth building.
Excel, Zalo and a lot of copy-paste
Customers message after hours, nobody answers, the order goes to a competitor.
Leads from Facebook, Zalo and the website sit in three places and nobody follows up.
Staff spend hours a day retyping, reminding and sending things by hand.
No idea how many customers or how much revenue came in today, so decisions are guesses.
Four steps. You see something working before you pay for everything.
Scope is agreed in the first session, so the quote is a number and not a range.
Survey
We listen to your process and where it jams today.
Design the flow
We draw the automation flow, pick the tools and quote it clearly.
Build
We build, connect the channels, run a trial and tune it against reality.
Handover
We train your team and stay on for support as the business grows.
What we shipped, and what it changed
Click any domain to see the live site.
See the demo first. Pay only once you like it.
The website has a fixed price, so you know the number upfront. Automation is priced separately so you can add it when you actually need it. Custom tools and software are quoted after a free survey.

Straight answers
How is a tool different from business software?+
A tool does one job and is usually done in a few days. Business software covers a whole multi-department process and takes longer. If you are not sure which you need, call, we listen and say it straight.
How long does a website take?+
A service website usually takes 3 to 7 days. We build a demo first for you to review, revise it until you are happy, and only then do you pay and take handover.
Can you connect Zalo and Facebook?+
Potentially, but these are not default add-ons. We only build an integration after both sides approve its scope, permissions, cost and operating plan.
Can I edit the site myself?+
CardMe Core does not provide one shared visual editor. Every website has independent source and deployment; when self-editing is required, its editor or CMS is scoped and built with that website.
What does automation cost?+
Automation is custom work, not an add-on that can be purchased and switched on in Core. We survey the workflow for free, agree the scope, then build only after you approve a concrete proposal and quote.
Tell us the one job eating your team's time
If a small tool can do it, we will say so and tell you the cost in the same conversation.
